What is the difference between this marpat

And this marpat?
Yes I know one is greener and the other is baby barf, but they are both marpat, are they designated differently, or are they for
1. A forest
and
2. An apocalypse where babies took over the world and barfed everwhere?

The top one is made for the Canadian Army and the bottom one is made for the USMC.

We use CADPAT, not MARPAT. CADPAT has definetly more green and less brown.
But thanks anyway
